Job Description
Responsibilities
Setting up Quality check process across Invoice Processing, Helpdesk & Vendor Master activities
Maintaining & reporting Quality trackers for the customer
Maintaining error log, suggesting improvement steps & implementing control points
Resource should have attention to detail and strong analytical & problem solving abilities
Make sure the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are balanced as per the guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
Relevant work experience
Decent English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Audit
