Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Provide leadership over identifying and implementing all aspects of Internal Controls on Record to Report Process and Financial Reporting.

Responsible for implementation of global/regional processes. which includes conducting quality and process audits and SOX Control Testing.

Review of controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance to SOX, Global Financial Standards, and other related policies.

Ensure quality, sustainability and execution of audits Remediation Plan.

Interact and collaborate with internal, external auditors and RTR team on audit related tasks.

PWC Contacts for the independent SOX testing for controls performed/executed in GSC.

Review of account reconciliation; conduct random recon testing and follow up on closure of reconciliation open items.

Assigned as SOX control owner

Lead compliance training for new hires and conduct regular GFS trainings as needed
-
Assigned as subject matter expert for RTR Compliance related activities and actively participates in global projects
