Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership over identifying and implementing all aspects of Internal Controls on Record to Report Process and Financial Reporting.

  • Responsible for implementation of global/regional processes. which includes conducting quality and process audits and SOX Control Testing.

  • Review of controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance to SOX, Global Financial Standards, and other related policies.

  • Ensure quality, sustainability and execution of audits Remediation Plan.

  • Interact and collaborate with internal, external auditors and RTR team on audit related tasks.

  • PWC Contacts for the independent SOX testing for controls performed/executed in GSC.

  • Review of account reconciliation; conduct random recon testing and follow up on closure of reconciliation open items.

  • Assigned as SOX control owner

  • Lead compliance training for new hires and conduct regular GFS trainings as needed

  • Assigned as subject matter expert for RTR Compliance related activities and actively participates in global projects
