Job Description

Responsibilities


•    Handling Inbound & outbound calls & online applications 
•    Respond to applicant questions & resolve issues.
•    Operate in compliance with laws & Regulations.
•    Dealing with complex solution-based calls.
•    Reading complex & sensitive customer situations and dealing with it accurately.
•    Consistently Deliver First Class Service.
•    Exceptional Time management skills.
•    Assess risks and investigate for fraudulent activity with a keen eye.

Qualification we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Knowledge of all Latitude/GEM Finance Credit Card products & LFS host systems
•    Knowledge of AUS & NZ Privacy legislation
•    Previous Fraud/Scheme Chargebacks related experience
•    Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
•    Should have sound computer knowledge.  
•    Needs to be good at multitasking.

Shift Details
•    Weekend Shift Coverage – Yes
•    Working Hours: 8.5 Hrs
•    Shift window- 2 am - 3 pm IST
