Responsibilities

  1. Mobility Coordination:
    • Support end-to-end mobility processes, including relocation and immigration.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and timely approvals.
  2. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Maintain compliance with mobility policies and statutory regulations.
    • Generate mobility reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Support Services:
    • Address employee queries related to mobility and provide timely resolutions.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors for relocation services.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Relevant years of experience in mobility or HR operations.
  • Proficiency in mobility tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of immigration processes and global mobility trends.
  • Certification in mobility or related fields.
