Job Description
Responsibilities

Employee Record Management:
-
Collect and validate employee data for onboarding and offboarding to ensure accuracy.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

Regularly audit and verify data integrity to prevent discrepancies and errors in employee records.

Onboarding & Offboarding Process Support:
-
Assist in the seamless execution of the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and document processing.

Support offboarding procedures, ensuring the accurate exit process, including data updates and document management.
-
Ensure all necessary records and documentation are completed and processed in a timely manner.

Reporting & Data Insights:
-
Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into onboarding/offboarding metrics.

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and management decision-making.
