Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's spot buy negotiation process and policies, ensuring compliance at all times.

  • Conduct compliance checks to ensure that all spot buy negotiations adhere to the client's policies and guidelines.

  • Showcase a strong work ethic by consistently delivering high-quality results in spot buy negotiations, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Work independently to handle spot buy negotiations, while also collaborating effectively within a larger team to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.

  • Continuously update knowledge and skills in spot buy negotiations, staying informed about industry best practices and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Any graduate degree

  • Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing.

  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
