Job Description

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of Procurement cycle
• Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
• Responsible to showcase professional work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger reciprocal environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Any graduate degree or equivalent with an excellent academic record.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

/Skills
• Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing.
• Sound knowledge on SAP ERP systems (Added advantage)
• Receipt and verification of Purchase requisition from Requestors
• Purchase order creation, issuance and follow up
• Resolve / attend to service tickets for Purchasing & Invoice Mismatch Resolution
• Daily communication/interaction via email/ticket/phone
• Solve claims and queries coming from both requesters and suppliers
• Handling daily customer query calls (Helpdesk calls)
• Build good relationship with buyers, requesters, and the suppliers
• You should adjust with a flexible schedule.
• In-depth attention to detail.
• Basic Excel & PPT skills.
