Job Description
Responsibilities
• Research on the Claim and making the payment to TPA post matching the Invoices the management of all related processes and resolution on it, account reconciliation, Journal Voucher Entry, and managing funds received from TPA and applying then in the Chubb system.
• The CBC (Claim Business Coordinator) will effectively communicate and support the claim goals, while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all claim payment efforts.
• Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for invoices/MIQ / TPA claim resolution
• Ability to handle, trouble shoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks
• Effectively communicate and support the claim payment goals, while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all claim payment efforts.
• Provide notification for Payment made and perform acceptability analysis within threshold
• Assist in claims management, Investigating pending claims
• Identify and analyze risks associated with policies.
• Create and modify procedures and documents related to policies.
• Responsible for managing the insurance claims department composed of Examiners and Adjusters. Operates of one or more claims processing units, including the timely and proper disposition of claims in accordance with coverage amounts.
• Respond to email /phone queries received from broker and other internal departments
• Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution
• See opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation enhancements
• Work as a teammate to process any adhoc request in a timely manner.
• Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally.
• Intensify problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriate.
• Ability to work on the MS excel, MIS work for reporting purpose, Good excel skills.
• Ability to work on the MS power-point presentation , can prepare dashboards, Good power point skills
Minimum Qualifications
• B.Com/BBA/MBA/B.Sc.
• Fluent in English language- both written and oral
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior Claims /Insurance experience
