Job Description

Responsibilities

Basic understanding of Procurement cycle
Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
Responsible to showcase professional work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger reciprocal environment.
Solve claims and queries coming from both requesters and suppliers
Handling daily customer query calls (Helpdesk calls)

Minimum Qualifications

Any graduate degree or equivalent with an excellent academic record.
Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

/Skills
Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing.
Sound knowledge on SAP ERP systems (Added advantage)
Receipt and verification of Purchase requisition from Requestors
Purchase order creation, issuance and follow up
Resolve / attend to service tickets for Purchasing & Invoice Mismatch Resolution
Daily communication/interaction via email/ticket/phone
Solve claims and queries coming from both requesters and suppliers
Handling daily customer query calls (Helpdesk calls)
Build good relationship with buyers, requesters, and the suppliers
You should adjust with a flexible schedule.
In-depth attention to detail.
Basic Excel & PPT skills.
