Job Description
Role Overview
Linc Limited is looking for a Process Coordinator based out of Kolkata, responsible for ensuring smooth coordination and timely follow-ups across internal teams through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth execution of processes
- Perform regular follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to track pending actions and commitments.
- Draft and send follow-up emails, status updates, and reminders.
- Prepare status reports, MOMs, and documentation
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned processes
- Highlight delays, risks, and process gaps proactively.
- Support process adherence and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely closure of follow-ups and action items
- Accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Reduction in process delays and escalations
Skills/Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in coordination, operations, or support roles
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Someone willing to work for a long tenure.
- Ability to handle a team.
