Process Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for a QA & Process Auditor who will ensure process compliance across projects and departments, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support internal/external audits for ISO and CMMI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of QMS, ISMS, audit methodology, documentation, and process governance.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal process audits for delivery teams, support functions, and vendor processes. Monitor adherence to QMS / ISMS / CMMI standards and organizational process frameworks. Identify non-conformities, improvement gaps, and recommend corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Create, maintain, and update process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and checklists. Coordinate and support external audits (Client, Certification, Surveillance). Perform metrics collection, analysis, and reporting through dashboards and reviews. Facilitate process trainings and awareness sessions across teams. Participate in process tailoring discussions for project-specific needs. Work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support in risk management, compliance tracking, and process maturity enhancements.

Required Skillset Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Management. 58 years of experience in QA, Process Audit, or SEPG / Business Excellence roles. Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and (preferably) CMMI frameworks. Strong auditing skills preferably ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor Certified. Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to drive discussions and influence teams without authority. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow in the business development and marketing field, keeping up with new trends and tools.
