Process Associate

Qualification:

-UG/PG (will be qualified only if the candidates have proper communication, understanding and listening skills. Should portray yourself with good accent)

-International Voice experience (Minimum 6 months to 1 year) preferred

Salary: Up to 25K take home

Work Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Understanding business objectives and developing models that help achieve them.

Excellent communication in English is mandatory.

Should answer inbound calls and explain customer queries

Should have prior experience with the sales process.

Should have prior experience in handling international calls.
