About the Role (Full-Time)
We are hiring a Process Associate US Employee Benefits to support US employee benefits operations.
This is a professional entry-level role (03 years of experience) designed for graduates who want to build a long-term career in HR, Employee Benefits, or US Healthcare Operations.
You will work from our Ravet office (PimpriChinchwad) in a Hybrid model, supporting employees and HR teams in the United States.
This role involves working evening/night hours aligned with US time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and update employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans
- Process benefits enrollments, terminations, and changes as per US guidelines
- Communicate clearly and confidently with employees, HR teams, and clients to explain benefits information and resolve queries
- Coordinate with US clients and insurance carriers
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance data
- Review, analyze, and resolve benefits-related issues
- Support audits and reporting requirements
- Work collaboratively in a structured, process-driven environment
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 03 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are welcome)
- Good verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client interactions and calls
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in HR Operations, Employee Benefits, or US Healthcare workflows
Eligibility & Work Conditions (Important)
- Candidates must be currently residing in Pune
- Residence must be within a 10 km radius of the Ravet / PimpriChinchwad office
- This role requires working evening/night shifts
- Company-arranged cab drop will be provided for late-night logout
- Food will be provided during the shift
- Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable with night-shift work on a long-term basis
