Job Descriptions –

·         Process Banking Transactions through precedent & referral to general guidelines (SOPs)

·         Cooperation with other teams

·         Comprehensive process and product knowledge

·         Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processing transactions & tasks to be delivered

·         Issues and escalations identification & highlighting to the supervisor

·         Primary Interaction with Direct Supervisor & Team

·         Adherence to detailed instructions on tasks provided

·         Preparation of MIS & reports

·      & nbsp;  Gain comfort and be well versed with banking terms & fundamentals

·         Work closely with the team to deliver the team objectives

·         Meet individual goals

Professional Qualifications – Any Graduate 

Technical experience required – Basic MS Office knowledge is mandatory.
