Experience: 1 to 5 years

Experience required:

·       Knowledge of accounting concepts and reconciliation.

·       Should be able to communicate to stakeholders across globe, explaining the process, coordinate for supporting documents to prepare reconciliations.

·       Experience in updating commentary against open breaks, explaining it in different forums to global stakeholders.

·       High aptitude for cross functional teamwork, collaboration and proactive mindset.

·       Ability to understand and communicate financial implications and business impact.

·       Positive attitude, self-driven/independent thinker and comfortable in fluid environment as the business evolves

·       Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines

·       Self-driven and ability to work independently

·       Ability to think creatively and provide solutions to complex problems.

Competencies required:

·       Good with Excel & need to have a proactive approach.

·       Good communication skills.

·       Process Driven and has eye for detail.

·       Self-motivated, willingness to take on challenges and adaptable to change.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree - Preferably Accounting / Commerce background
