Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chats as per process requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and update systems regularly
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while adhering to quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to address escalations or customer needs
- Meet performance targets such as accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Process Associate or related role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
