Job Description

Responsibilities

Candidate would be required to work on commercial real estate lease document
Including reading and extracting information basis the requirements
In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for updating the abstract in the Client Specific tools

Minimum Qualifications

B.Com (P/H)/Economic (H)/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent
Relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate industry

Preferred Qualifications

Read/Write/Interpret English language
Paralegal experience will be preferred
Good eye for detail
Strong Analytical skills
Good Excel skills
Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach
