Process Associate

Hi All,

We are currently hiring for a premium process at IGT Solutions. This is a B2B role focused on corporate travel management, and we are looking for an experienced travel professional to support our corporate clients with their travel queries and bookings.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry (corporate travel experience preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in GDS, preferably Amadeus
• Graduate or undergraduate with at least 1 year of relevant travel experience

Interview Process:

1. HR Round
2. GDS Knowledge Test (minimum 80% to qualify)
3. VET-60 / VWT-60
4. Operations Manager Interview
5. Head of Operations Interview
6. Typing Test (30 WPM with 90% accuracy)

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: Hike on last salary.
• Retention Bonus: 1,00,000
• Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): 8,000 per month
• Cab facility available
