Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage/Review and analyze customer deductions to identify root causes and discrepancies
Investigate and gather necessary information to understand the nature of deductions
Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, to gather relevant information and resolve deduction issues
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and clarification
Develop and implement strategies to recover funds associated with invalid or unauthorized deductions
Implement corrective actions to prevent future deductions and improve overall accounts receivable processes
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of deduction-related activities
Generate reports on deduction trends, recovery efforts and process improvements
Identify opportunities continuously for process improvements in the accounts receivable and deductions management processes
Provide recommendations to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency
