Responsibilities


Support one of the Biggest Financial Banks in the World by providing outstanding Customer Service Experience to their existing Clients.
Expertly and promptly resolve client inquiries at the first point of contact or call out to appropriate level for resolution.
Be able to service customers on a variety of topics, which can include, but not limited to, providing account transactions details, payment, disputes, explaining charges, handling fraud, online transactions and handling fees or rates
Customer Service for American consumer credit card customers
Use of CRM tools and documenting detailed information
Ability to utilize the tools properly to efficiently resolve the customers issue
