Job Description
Responsibilities
- Learning Coordination:
- Schedule and manage training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain and update training calendars and participant lists.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate learning records and track training completion.
- Generate reports on training metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Support Services:
- Assist in the development and distribution of training materials.
- Respond to learner queries and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant years of experience in learning or training coordination roles.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Learning & Development or related domains.
- Knowledge of eLearning tools and technologies.
