Process Associate

Responsibilities

1. Data Handling and Validation:
• Collect, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
2. Operational Support:
• Execute day-to-day operational tasks in alignment with defined processes.
• Assist in generating reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders.
3. Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support process enhancements.
• Assist in documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts within the team.
4. Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with quality teams to implement process changes.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Relevant years of experience in data management or operations.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HCM tool SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with automation tools and techniques.
• Certification in data analysis or related domains.
