Process Associate

Responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing:
• Execute payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
• Validate employee data and ensure proper inputs for payroll calculations.
2. Data Management:
• Maintain and update payroll databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and tax regulations in payroll processing.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for compliance audits.
4. Customer Support:
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant years of experience in payroll or a similar role.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preference of an understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and statutory payroll requirements.
• Certification in payroll management is a plus.
