Job Description

Responsibilities


1. Employee Record Management:
o Collect and validate employee data for onboarding and offboarding to ensure accuracy.
o Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
o Regularly audit and verify data integrity to prevent discrepancies and errors in employee records.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding Process Support:
o Assist in the seamless execution of the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and document processing.
o Support offboarding procedures, ensuring the accurate exit process, including data updates and document management.
o Ensure all necessary records and documentation are completed and processed in a timely manner.
3. Reporting & Data Insights:
o Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into onboarding/offboarding metrics.
o Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and management decision-making.

4. Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:
o Work with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure that data processes aligned and integrate smoothly across systems.
o Assist in knowledge sharing, documentation, and maintaining clear communication across teams to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Process Improvement:
o Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management processes.
o Provide recommendations for process improvements and collaborate with the team to implement changes that optimize workflows and reduce errors.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
Relevant years of experience in data management, HR operations, or a related area.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data management tools.
Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of automation tools for process optimization.
Certification in data analysis, HR management, or related areas is beneficial.
