Process Associate

Responsibilities

Good understanding of the Sourcing and procurement related processes including but not limited to the following:

• Review 3^rd-party contracts, solicit missing information from category/sourcing team to provide procurement related support
• Complete supplier / vendor master creation and maintenance.
• End to end responsibility ofRFP and RFX events
• Should be able to create eAuction events in Ariba, track bids and accept/reject bids to notify bidders of auction status
• Prepare auction training material and provide training to auction participants
• Expertise to evaluate bid responses based on price and other criteria to identify the best supplier
• Assist auction participants in case of log in issues.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and training materials.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree

Type of Experience

• Experience with one or more years of e-Sourcing (eRFP,eRFx).
• Must have sound knowledge of English.
• Understanding of entire Source to Pay process would be an advantage.

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of ARIBA is a must.
• Excellent command on MS Office tools for day-to-day operations.
• Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word
• Good typing skill with high accuracy.

Preferred expertise

• BPO/Sourcing and Procurement Operations work experience with another Genpact global client is a preference.
• Good communication skill- To interact with suppliers and internal stake holders.
• Excellent time management and planning skills.
• Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals.
• Excellent team player and individual contributor.
