Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding respective Business metrics
Responsible for performing quality check for financial and non-financial transactions which includes account set ups, deposits, policy maintenance, and claims payments on applicable systems.
Work well in the current frame of things & ability to raise when required
Should have a customer-focused approach & Attention to detail
Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills required
Good Excel and Presentation Skills
