Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making calls to different service providers in the United States, to process payments on behalf of customers.

Must be able to fluently carry a conversation in English, answer questions, and document the results of each call.

Outbound calls regarding collections and payment process.

Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure document ticket status and follow up.

Register all cases, inquiries, and calls in the tracking tool.
