Job Title: Process Associate (PA)
Summary:
Amazon is a highly data driven company highly passionate about its customers.
In this context it is vital to ensure the customers always get their orders on time and with quality.
The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates.
One of the most critical roles is that of a process associates who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind.
Key job responsibilities
Job Deliverables:
1.
Daily Management of shift:
2.
Administrative management of associates
3.
To Improve the Hiring and Training of New Associates
4.
To Aid in addressing associate barriers, and resolve the same by coordinating with Operations Stake holders thereby delivering Productivity and Quality across LCs
5.
To Monitor and Plan Cross Training, Critical Resource Training, for BAU as well as Peak.
6.
To be well versed in all processes of the FCs across departments
7.
Excellent communication skills, (preferably multilingual) as they'll be the first face and point of contact in terms of NHO, Training for the new hires.
8.
Assist in Auditing the Mechanisms that are existing to improve the flow of processes in various departments
9.
To do Quality drives along with ICQA and Operations
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
