Privy League Service Desk - Manager – Priority Channel

 

 

 

 

 


 

Privy League Service Manager Role is responsible for strategy, roadmap and customer experience for the program and service analysis across Priority channel. It involves comprehensive understanding and coordination with all the key stake holders.

 

Expectation of high level of perfection as well as knowledge in everything as analytics manager does. 

 

 

 

 

 


 

  • Create and maintain complex excel spreadsheets, including data entry, formulating and formula implementation
  • Understanding and Tracking Market Trends and Competition Monitoring
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data trends
  • Driving channel insights and analytics.
  • Understanding Data Trends and MIS. 
  • Accuracy in Data analysis and preparing reports 
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams

 

 

 

 


 

  • Strategic insights and ability to read and understand data 
  • Innovative and problem solving approach
  • High on process and technology understanding 
  • Understanding of regulatory framework and banking
  • Good in Excel skills, MIS automation, Macros, Vlookup, Conditional formatting etc.
  • Good in Power point and MS office 
  • Knowledge of SAS
