Job Description

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Candidate should have a network of existing clients and corporates with a strong relationship.
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and its growth
  • and profitability drivers.
  • Should have excellent team management skills.
  • Certification in NISM and CFP is an added advantage.
  • The candidate will be responsible to generate a lead and take it to closure by working along with the Operation and Sales backend team.
  • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients.
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
  • Willingness to dwell in Start-up Culture.
  • Should have a laptop.


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Managing the organization's existing clients, including any service-related, operational or sales-
  • driven requests. Moreover, drive new business from our existing clients for various financialservices.
  • Monitoring and leading the entire team. Moreover, resolving internal conflicts and boosting the
  • team's morale
  • Needs to connect with people through phone, emails, chat, screen-sharing and social media
  • platforms in an engaging manner for their financial planning
  • Acquire and retain HNI clients and achieve budgeted targets in terms of clients and AUM
  • Achieve revenue in terms of income generated through various financial planning solutions
  • To conduct and assist in organizing seminars and other business development activities
  • Setting their team's goals and communicating them effectively.


Experience: 3-7 Years of Experience

Education:

UG: Any Graduate

PG: PG Diploma - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
