Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Private Label Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients for our personal care and cosmetics manufacturing services. This role is responsible for identifying brands, entrepreneurs, distributors, and companies looking to develop private-label cosmetic and personal care products , and connecting them with our companys formulation, manufacturing, and packaging capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a strong networker, relationship builder, and deal closer with experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or contract manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, and Marketing skills
• Experience in private label and contract manufacturing sales
• Client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of natural and herbal products is a plus
