Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Printing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Printing Manager will oversee daily print production activities, manage production schedules, ensure the quality of printed materials, and coordinate with the design and sales teams to meet client requirements. They will also supervise and train the production team, maintain printing equipment, and manage overall production operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Print Production and Printing processes
• Proven experience in Production Management and overseeing production workflows
• Knowledge of Print Design and associated tools or software
• Understanding of Sales concepts, with the ability to liaise between clients and production
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Good problem-solving and communication skills to ensure team and client satisfaction
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Printing Technology, Production Management, or a related field preferable but not mandatory
