Printing Manager

Mid-Day is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Printing Solutions Manager to oversee our end-to-end print production process.

Location - Bandra East

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify and approach potential clients who can utilize our printing machines and services.
• Understand client requirements, suggest suitable printing solutions, and present customized proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct periodic client meetings to gather feedback and explore additional business opportunities.

Quotation & Costing

• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates based on client specifications (quantity, materials, finishing, etc.).
• Coordinate with management for approval of rates and special pricing.
• Provide clients with accurate quotations and handle negotiation discussions professionally.

Project Coordination

• Liaise between Production, Post-Press/Distribution, and Accounts teams to ensure timely printing, dispatch, and invoicing.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated to the internal teams and executed as per standards.

Billing & Documentation

• Generate and maintain client-wise billing and collection records.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for invoice generation, payment follow-up, and ledger updates.
• Ensure accurate entry of job details, cost sheets, and approvals for record-keeping.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and collection reports for management review.
• Maintain updated records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
