Were Hiring | Principal Integration Engineer with Leading Healthcare Organization
We are hiring a Principal Integration Engineer to join a leading healthcare organization driving large-scale digital transformation and interoperability initiatives.
What youll do:
- Architect and lead enterprise-scale healthcare integrations using platforms such as Rhapsody, Corepoint, Ensemble , ensuring secure and scalable interoperability
- Drive cloud-first integration strategies , leveraging APIs, microservices, and real-time data exchange across clinical and operational systems
- Work extensively with US healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, and DICOM , ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SMART on FHIR
- Collaborate with senior business and clinical stakeholders to align integration architecture with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor global integration teams , owning interface design, performance optimization, and complex issue resolution
- Contribute to pre-sales solutioning , technical proposals, and innovation initiatives within healthcare interoperability
