Position Overview

As a Principal, you will be responsible for leading early-stage investments and playing a key role in building the investment team and processes from inception. Reporting directly to the Founders, you will provide strategic investment insights that align with and support the broader business objectives of the Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, evaluate, and lead investments in early-stage companies across multiple sectors.

Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and engagement with founders.

Structure investment deals and manage the end-to-end investment process, from sourcing through to execution and portfolio management.

Contribute to the development and institutionalization of internal investment processes and frameworks.

Represent the Group within the startup ecosystem to enhance visibility and strengthen deal flow.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Postgraduate degree (Engineering, MBA, or Master's) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management, particularly in Private Equity or Venture Capital.

Proven track record in deal origination, execution, and portfolio value creation.

Exceptional networking capabilities, analytical acumen, and strategic thinking.

Strong familiarity with the Indian startup landscape and emerging business models.

Outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with a dynamic pace.
