Job Description:

• Provide strategic leadership aligned with IB philosophy and standards.
• Ensure effective implementation of IB/PYP/MYP/DP curriculum.
• Lead academic planning, teacher development , and school improvement initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive ,and student centered learning environment.
• Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
• build strong relationship with parents, staff and the wider school community.
• Oversee compliance with IB authorisation and evaluation requirements.

Key skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in education, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience in IB/CAMBRIDGE curriculum mandatory.
• Strong expertise in IB Curriculum and IB accreditation
• Proven track record in academic leadership and school administartion.
• Excellent communication, people management and stack holder engagement skill.
