The Fire TV Advertising team combines advertising and mobile technologies, smart TVs and Alexa to help our customers discover and engage with content and help Amazon lower prices.
We operate at Amazon scale, designing and deploying software that is enjoyed by over 50MM active users globally.
We solve significant customer problems in the consumer electronics space through devices, mobile applications, computer vision, and machine learning.
We are looking for an innovative Principal Technical Program Manager for our fast growing business to take the lead on developing and delivering the roadmap and product vision.
You’ll have massive impact in this role with a high degree of ownership in driving critical features and user experiences the team is building.

- you will work closely with product managers, UX, software engineering, device marketing, operations, customer service, business intelligence and other stakeholders across the Fire TV and Advertising organizations.
We are looking for someone with deep customer focus as well as a passion for and an established track record delivering products to that customers love, ideally that are both cloud and device software stacks.
A successful candidate should be able to manage the tactical tasks of delivering products while simultaneously defining and driving strategic product planning for forward looking initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a passion for TV and video entertainment and/or advertising, combined with an established track record delivering break
- out consumer software experiences.
You will have the opportunity to:
Work with key stakeholders in business teams, product management, and marketing teams to define strategy and requirements
Create, align, manage, and deliver medium to large programs and portfolio of projects
Work with remote and multi
- site teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines
Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control
Build and design medium to large digital content experience features and products on multiple screens.
Stand with & defend your convictions as well as accept others’ point of views when needed

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands
- on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
