• Leads core domain aspects in pursuits/ Capture manage medium size bids
• Handles client interface with minimum senior leader intervention
• Takes accountability for project delivery/ Technical reviewer and QA-QC
• Mentors junior staff, conducts training for developing specific capability; Champions L&D; contributes in recruitments at discipline level
• Leads value engineering workshops/ innovation presentations to internal / external clients or peers
• Industry accreditation preferred or in advanced stage of obtaining a certification
• Leads and participates actively in best practice knowledge share through platforms such as Communities of Practices
• Leads technical approach and delivery strategy on pursuits with innovation mindset
• Serves package/ project leading roles as PM/ DM/ Technical Lead for mid to large projects
