Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SFDC Development and Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This role will involve working in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule. Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements and enhance service offerings.Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability.Provide technical expertise in Insurance Cloud Omnistudio and SFDC Lightning to drive innovative solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SFDC with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.Conduct regular reviews of SFDC configurations to maintain system integrity and compliance with best practices.Develop and maintain documentation for SFDC solutions including design specifications and user guides.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.Ensure that all SFDC solutions are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SFDC processes and workflows.Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Stay updated with the latest SFDC trends and technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Have a background in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.Display strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
