Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage team of contractors and external engineers focused on cloud Migration estimation and cloud migration modernization intake processes
• Interface directly with application teams
• Interface with cloud service provider enterprise architects to assist with cloud designs
• Conduct technical deep dive and design sessions
• Create /maintain documentation on cloud migration estimates and general intake requests
• Produce cloud migration estimates
• Create standard and repeatable patterns for migration estimations
• Create highly visible reporting
• Enhance processes and continual improvement
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree
• Cloud migration experience
• Azure, AWS & GCP knowledge
• Experience or knowledge in Agile framework
• Experience or knowledge in Cloud design
• Experience or knowledge in Application modernization
• Experience or knowledge in presentation creation
• Proven leadership skills
• Proven team building skills
• Proven strategic planning skills
• Proven critical thinking skills
• Proven organizational skills
• Proven ability in influencing outcomes
