Principal Software Engineer - Control Plane | Bangalore | Hybrid | CTC: $80K USD

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and scale distributed, cloud-native control plane systems for reliability, performance, and security
- Build production-ready Golang services for high-scale SaaS workloads
- Lead multi-cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure), networking, and container orchestration
- Define technical standards, CI/CD practices, and observability frameworks
- Mentor engineers, influence engineering culture, and tackle complex distributed system challenges
- Collaborate across global teams to align architecture with business goals
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Golang and distributed, cloud-native systems
- Strong system design, fault-tolerance, and performance optimization skills
- Hands-on cloud infra experience with Kubernetes, multi-cloud deployments, and networking
- 12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in cloud/distributed systems
- Experience in DBaaS or large-scale SaaS platform architecture
