Responsibilities Duties

Responsible for developing and executing formal PERFORMANCE test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software application s

Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to

address the needs of the business

Analysis on Test results with engineers and take a GO NO GO decision with stake holders on acceptance criteria

Documents all problems and assists in their resolution Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an i nt ernal

quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners

15 years of Test Automation experience with at least 8 Years in role of Automation Architect

Experience in creating enterprise Test automation strategy Road map Capacity Planning

Contribute to the design architecture of automation projects

Excellent knowledge of Building and creating maintaining Test Automation Frameworks

Excellent in Oral written communication Documentation Skills

Assist in on going process improvement efforts to ensure test planning execution and reporting is effective and efficient

Metrics definitions System level thinking

Customer Facing Experience is a must

Should have very strong analytical skills and should be able to see the test automation architecture as a whole system and not as individual components and should be able to drive to benefit from its contents for future usage

Agile Lean methodologies experience

Promote QA productivity through automation tools and other best practices

Lead the definition implementation and maintenance of standard test automation processes methodologies tools and templates

Work with teams on the automation Strategy and the Tool Kit Selection

Do Code reviews verify coding standards are being met

Work with peer discipline leads in Development QA and Project Management

Able to shadow developers and document the test Plan test scripts test scenarios etc

Hands on ability to automate repeated tasks and build test coverage through existing or new infrastructure

Assess the problem statement and arrive at the innovativesolutions

Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers

Experience in working with Geographically Dispersed Teams

Knowledge and applicability of AI ML in automation is added advantage

Tools Expertise

Expertise in Selenium Appium Test automation

Should be strong hands on Core Java Groovy

Excellent knowledge of web services and API test automation using Rest Assured SOAP UI Jars

Knowledge in CI tools like Bamboo Jenkins

Experience knowledge in BDD based automation using Cucumber

Experience in Database testing

Experience in Built tools like Gradle or Maven etc
