Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Product Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N. Experience in Compliance Management Connected Health and Medical Devices is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of product features and enhancements using Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N.Oversee the implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster their growth and development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing product development and maintenance.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the areas of Compliance Management Connected Health and Medical Devices.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and development efficiency.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
