Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gautam Buddha Nagar for a Principal for Polytechnic Institute at Accurate Group of Institutions. We seek a dynamic, result-oriented leader with a clear academic vision and a commitment to nurturing technical talent. The Principal will be responsible for driving academic excellence, operational efficiency, faculty development, and industry integration to make the Polytechnic a preferred destination for technical education.
He should have experience to run a polytechnic institution independently. Should be capable to get the desired academic result for the institution while providing students the best knowledge in the respective field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership to the Polytechnic.
- Implement and monitor academic policies in line with AICTE, BTE, and government guidelines.
- Plan and supervise curriculum delivery, student assessment, and academic calendars.
- Drive faculty recruitment, orientation, performance review, and professional development.
- Oversee infrastructure development, modern laboratory setups, workshops, and digital classrooms.
- Establish industry partnerships, MOUs, and student training programs for better employability.
- Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and student-centric campus environment.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations, accreditations, inspections, and audits.
- Innovate in pedagogical practices, skill-based programs, and technology integration.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives for institutional growth, brand enhancement, and student placement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- First Class Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering/Technology in any relevant discipline from a recognized institution. Ph.D. (preferred) as per AICTE norms.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of teaching/administrative experience in technical education, of which at least 5 years should be in an academic leadership role (Principal/Vice-Principal/Dean/HOD) in a Polytechnic or Engineering Institution.
