Job Description

A Principal Performance Engineer responsible for identifying, analyzing and optimizing the performance, scalability, and reliability of software applications, systems, and networks. This role encompasses elevated leadership responsibilities, a strategic vision, and a heightened level of technical acumen. Required Experience & Skills:


15+ years of experience with performance testing, monitoring, analyzing, and tuning web

applications and supporting infrastructure in Web and Mobile platforms.

Proven experience in leading engineers

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams,

developers, and stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members towards successful

project outcomes.

Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to meticulous attention to detail during the execution

of performance testing and the comprehensive analysis of results.

Possess an inherent tenacity, showcasing an unwavering dedication to delve deeply into

performance issues until the root cause is not only identified but effectively addressed.
