Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, administrative, and visionary leadership to the school.
• Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and adherence to CBSE norms and guidelines.
• Supervise teachinglearning processes and promote innovative pedagogical practices.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Foster a safe, disciplined, inclusive, and value-based school environment.
• Oversee student welfare, discipline, and holistic development.
• Coordinate with management, parents, and stakeholders to achieve institutional goals.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain school records.
• Plan and execute academic calendars, assessments, and school activities effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).

Minimum 810 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in an administrative/leadership role (Headmistress/Principal).

Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum, NEP guidelines, and school administration.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
