This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal Interior Designer, based in Chennai. The Principal Interior Designer will lead the design process, including space planning, overseeing furniture and FF&E selections, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with clients, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality interior design solutions that meet project specifications and timelines.

• Expertise in Space Planning and creating efficient layouts that balance functionality and style
• Strong knowledge of Interior Design principles and hands-on experience with design tools
• In-depth understanding of Furniture selection and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) design and integration
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing design projects
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Familiarity with current design trends and sustainable design practices is a plus
