Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infra Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience in Ansible and Python. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using Ansible and Python to ensure efficient and reliable operations.Oversee the implementation of automation scripts to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.Provide technical expertise in the design and architecture of infrastructure systems to support business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues.Ensure the scalability and performance of infrastructure solutions to meet the growing demands of the organization.Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to ensure high availability and reliability.Implement security best practices to protect infrastructure and data from potential threats.Lead the development of infrastructure documentation and standard operating procedures.Conduct regular reviews and audits of infrastructure systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster their professional growth.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications
