As a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer specializing in ServiceNow HRSD you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that enhance our HR service delivery. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow HRSD to enhance HR service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with existing systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure to identify potential risks and areas for enhancement.
- Oversee the deployment of updates and patches to ensure system security and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve infrastructure efficiency.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for infrastructure growth and scalability.
Qualifications
- Possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and its application in infrastructure development.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Exhibit proficiency in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
- Show excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure challenges.
- Hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD.
