Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infra Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM CMDB / CSDM Integration Security Operations GRC and ITOM. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration and security operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to streamline IT service management processes.Oversee the development and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data.Provide expertise in ServiceNow Integration to enable seamless data exchange between various systems and applications.Implement and manage ServiceNow Security Operations to enhance the security posture of the organization.Develop and enforce ServiceNow GRC policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Utilize ServiceNow ITOM to optimize IT operations and improve service delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all ServiceNow implementations and configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.Ensure that all ServiceNow solutions align with the organizations strategic goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM CMDB / CSDM Integration Security Operations GRC and ITOM.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed technical documentation.Have a proven track record of successfully leading ServiceNow projects from inception to completion.Display a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development.Hold relevant certifications in ServiceNow to validate expertise and knowledge.
